hi, itâ´s me, vanessa from veganisation.de today i introduce you konjak noodles. konjak noodles are carbfree, fatfree and have just 9 calories per 100 gram. if you eat lowcarb or avoid carbohydrates in the evening use the konjak noodles to get some variety in your nutrition plan. if you donâ´t yet know noodles konjac, konjac noodles are made of konjac flour from a root , the konjac root. and this plant has the ability to bind water the noodles are made from this flour.
in asia, they use these noddles for many thousands of years. with us they are still relatively new. there is also konjac rice. my personal favorite are the spaghetti. the preparation is very easy. pour the water out, rinse them briefly. donâ´t be surprised , they smell a bit at the beginning. then just simply heating. my first dish with konjac noodles was fried smoked tofu, with soy creme and vegetables.
