the bare bones of the where the chair starts, to halfway weaved and right the way to the finished product, so you can see the quality from the framework to the type of weave they use and to the finish and we start from 2 mil right upto 5 mil and the weave is fully coloured all the way through. it is a brilliant, brilliant product.
but so this is how the chair starts off. it's an aluminium frame, powder coated and this is the chair two days later. it takes one person three days to be able to weave this chair and you can see they change the colour of the frame to whatever suit the colour of the weave and this is the finished product. three days later, finished quality
product, absolutely quality product all the way through. and no pinning, all hand-woven and then tied onto this framework as you can see here on this bar work here. 4 seasons outdoor, for life, quality. the cushions are waterproof so it allows the water to go through the cushions, takes about an hour, an hour and a half in the
sunshine for them to dry out, be left out all year. absolutely brilliant product, the only thing i would say is put the cushions away in winter time as you get those birds with droppings and everything and you don't really want to ruin them in the winter time but in the summertime let the rain pour all over them, absolutely fine.
