hi everyone, today we meet for two perfect recipes for breakfast or snacks, the ingredients are in the information bar. they are rich in protein, so if you're a fan of strength training or fitness, you'll be delighted. come on, let's start with the bowlcake. in a bowl, pour the natural soya yoghurt, oilseed butter of your choice. here i chose almonds. mix. add the agave syrup, oat flakes and baking powder and stir again. oil a bowl with a brush, pour in the mixture and smooth the top. bake in the microwave for 3 minutes and 30 minutes while monitoring the cooking. after 2 minutes of cooling, remove the mould with a knife. finally, decorate with the elements of your choice


we'll go to pancakes. in a blender, pour the oatmeal, chickpea flour, pb2. it's an 85% lightened peanut butter powder. flaxseeds, vanilla powder, chemical yeast and finally soy milk mix it all together to cook, oil your frying pan with a brush and once the frying pan is hot, place the desired quantity of oil on top. once the small bubbles appear, flip it over. and chain the batches together and decorate! to change maple syrup, i use elderberry jam that reminds me of honey.
