...after that give the yeast-water-mixture along with 250 grams of flour... ...a good dash of olive oil & â½ teaspoon of salt into a mixing bowl... ...& knead together with a kitchen machine or your hands until a smooth dough for about 4 - 5 minutes... ...meanwhile grease a pizza pan... ...with a tablespoon of olive oil... ...and once the dough is done form a ball... ...lay it onto the countertop... ...and flatten with your hands... ...next, roll out with a rolling pin until round & you reach the size of the pan...
...transfer the dough into the pan... ...give another tablespoon olive oil onto the dough... ...and also rub the surface with oil... ...next, allow the dough to rest for about 45 - 60 minutes covered with a kitchen towel in a warm place... ...after the resting period the dough's volume should have increased significantly ... ...and now it's time to top the pizza... ...first spread the dough with 2 - 3 tablespoons sieved tomatoes... ...season with salt, pepper & oregano to taste... ...next, about 125 grams grated cheese...
